Prospective students, parents and guardians can get forms at Ohawu Agricultural College in the Volta Region, Kwadaso Agricultural College in the Ashanti Region, Ejura Agricultural College in the Ashanti Region, Damango Agricultural College in the Northern Region and also at Animal Health and Production College at Pong-Tamale in the Northern Region.
